What Rated101 does

Rated101 is an early-stage QR code customer feedback platform for business owners. It gives a business a feedback page and a QR code or link to share with customers. Customers can open the page in a browser without installing an app or creating an account.

Customers can leave a star rating and, if they choose, a feedback topic, comment, and name. The business owner can review feedback in the Rated101 dashboard and use it to understand customer experiences and identify ways to improve service.

Built to help businesses listen

Rated101 is intended to make it easier to ask for feedback while a customer is visiting a business. It is a practical feedback tool, not a guarantee that every customer will respond or that a business will receive a particular result. Feedback submitted through the form is shared with the relevant business owner and is not published as a public review on Rated101.

Rated101 is still an MVP. Its features and availability may change as the service develops. We do not claim a history, customer count, or results beyond what the service currently provides.
